Outdoor games are an integral part of school activities, supported by necessary resources. Qualified physical training instructors supervise students’ physical training and all grades have regular sports periods during the week.

Learning to play a team-sport helps build a sense of belonging and in turn learn to be a team player, it cultivates work ethics and discipline. Sports demands to run the whole time while playing the game, which increases stamina, flexibility and breathing patterns and in turn helps to live a proactive life.

Learning and experiencing true competition, team dynamics, and being challenged from a young age helps kids develop character and strength.
