Indoor games are an integral part of school activities, supported by necessary resources. Qualified physical training instructors supervise students’ physical training and all grades have regular sports periods during the week.

Chess develops creativity, builds confidence, develops problem-solving skills and exercises the brain. Children who play chess significantly improve their visual memory, attention span, and spatial-reasoning ability.

Table Tennis

Table tennis is the perfect inclusive sport for schools where a wide range of athletic ability exists in any year group. The core skills involved, hand-eye coordination, concentration and body positioning, that are important in most other sports.
